Our Team

Jason Clarke

Jason is a business leader, entrepreneur, and inventor with 30 years of experience in the energy and clean-tech industries.

In 2020, he co-founded Kathairos Solutions to help industry respond to tightening emissions regulations. Under his operational leadership, Kathairos scaled rapidly across North America, delivering measurable operational and environmental outcomes.

Prior to Kathairos, Jason spent eight years at Ferus in increasingly senior roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. He led the design, engineering, and construction of multiple cryogenic facilities and served as Chair of the CSA Standard Z276 committee for LNG. Before that, he held a variety of leadership roles during a 15-year career with Toromont and Enerflex.

Jason holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador and is a registered professional engineer with APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).

Scott Douglas

Scott is a seasoned leader, bringing over 30 years of experience in gas compression and process equipment fabrication. From 2008 to 2023, he served as Vice President of Sales at Compass Energy, where his customer-first approach helped drive sustained growth year after year.

Prior to Compass, Scott has held senior leadership roles with Enerflex and Toromont, domestically and internationally, as well as various entrepreneurial ventures.

Scott has built and led high-performing sales and application engineering teams, developed long-standing client relationships, and consistently identified new revenue opportunities. His deep industry knowledge and instinctive understanding of the natural gas sector have been instrumental in his success.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a registered professional engineer with APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).
